including historic resource surveys, property evaluations, assessment of effects 
documents, and Historic American Building Survey/Historic American Engineering 
Record (HABS/HAER) documentation

    Council of Illinois (LPCI) from 1992 to 1999, and served as the 
    organization's president from 1996-1999 (LPCI is the state-wide organization
